Collaborated with Farm Architecture, this original brick building located around Museum of Modern Arts is renovated to become one of the popular leasble tenant spaces in South of Market. The renovation include a new conference room at a raised platform and ADA compliant restrooms. A new interconnecting stair is provided to access the boardroom at 6th floor. An airy feeling is achieved with the integration of glazing system/panels and white surfaces with high reflectivity. The cultivation of natural light is optimized by using the high gloss paint on the flooring surface.
