The Victorian structure is located in outer Richmond district with the habitable space at level 3 and 4. The proposed design will maximize the buildable area of the site by adding a new unit at level 2 with additional 3 parking spaces at the new garage. One of the objectives is to maintain the Victorian style for the proposed design in the neighborhood. The existing roof form is modified to normalize the existing ceiling height at the top floor. Although the proposed roof form is different, the detailing of the Victorian style is being maintained at the street facade. The building permit was approved in 2002.
